New Globonder - Steven Cash Nickerson
 Mr.
Nickerson has been Executive Vice President, CFO and
General Counsel of PDS Technical Services since the fall
of 2003. He has held a variety of legal and executive
positions in his 20 year plus career including serving
as an attorney and marketing executive for Union Pacific
Railroad, an associate and then partner at Jenner &
Block, one of Chicago’s five largest law firms and
chairman and CEO of an internet company he took public
through a reverse merger. Mr. Nickerson holds a JD and
MBA from Washington University in St. Louis where he was
an editor of the law review and a recipient of the US
Steel Scholarship. He is currently enrolled in a Masters
of Accounting program at the University of Dallas. Mr.
Nickerson is a member of the Regional Cabinet for
Washington University, Dallas Chapter. He is a member of
the International Council of the Whitney R. Harris World
Law Institute.
Mr. Nickerson is licensed to practice law in California,
Nevada, Illinois, Nebraska and Texas and is a member of
the American, Los Angeles and Dallas Bar Associations.
Mr. Nickerson holds Top Secret security clearance with
the United States Department of Defense. He is an avid
martial artist, ranked as a second degree black belt in
American Kenpo Karate, a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu
Jitsu and a green belt in Kickboxing. He and his wife
Evie reside in Southlake, Texas and have three children. |
